Personalised Stationery is an independent printer of luxury social stationery which I established at the beginning of the 21st Century.

My interest in design and print began during my first step on my career ladder, working for a small commercial stationery and printing company.

In the early days, stationery printing was typically business-based with large print runs. Upon moving to a small village in Rutland, my soon-to-be Wife, Rosemary, agreed for me to print a pack of 50 correspondence cards for the WI president that she just met. After some curfuffle, I agreed too!

Such small print runs were a new world for me, as the manual artwork creation process didn't make much economic sense for small jobs.

A penny dropped and I set to work developing a website with the aim of providing a platform for customers to design their own stationery without the traditional to-and-fro of designing, proofs, and artwork approval cycles by post or email.

With a template design tool producing instant proofs, along with an online checkout, it made ordering social stationery a breeze.

Day-to-day operations now work along the lines of me preparing and printing your orders, and then Rosemary adding the finishing touches by carefully packing your stationery before it's off to the post office.

Here for you

Telephone

There's no call centre, no pressing 1 for sales, 2 for . . . there's me and a phone. I'm not glued to my phone and if I'm out of the office it will come through to my mobile. Alas, living in rural countryside phone signals come and go. If I'm unable to answer your call then you are welcome to leave a message on the answer phone.

Live Chat

Live chat is powered by a human. There's no bots to try and not answer your questions. That human is me and I'll answer a chat when sat at my desk, or in ear shot of my computer sounding the alarm of a live chatter in need of assistance. If I've stepped away to make a pot of tea for Rosemary, or printing some orders, or dropping parcels off at our local Post Office, then I'll pick up any missed chats by email.

Email

I'm the one at the end of an email too.

So that's us

It is what it is and it seems to be working well as I read all of the incoming 5 Star reviews from our wonderful customers.
