Wove & Laid

We provide wove and laid papers; wove has a smooth finish, whereas laid has a textured surface. We're often asked which is better and the answer is down to personal preference.

Fountain Pen use

All of our paper card is fountain pen friendly. All we'd say is that if you write lengthy, multi-page letters, then a textured laid paper may become a little tiresome due to the surface resistance for the pen to glide smoothly.
