Purchasing from The Stationery Box
All products on this web site are sold subject to availability and prices are correct at the time of publication. Payments are made online with credit/debit card.

Prices
Prices shown are in UK Sterling and inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.

Cancellation of Orders
Customers may cancel their order before their job has been printed. Order cancellation will incur a £5 administration fee which will be deducted from any refunds.

Delivery
Delivery charges are shown when items are entered in to the shopping basket and again confirmed on the checkout summary pages.

Despatches may be made by registered mail or courier and in which case a signature may be required upon delivery. We aim to despatch orders within 7 working days from receipt of cleared payment.

We will notify you of any stock shortages and give you the option of cancelling your order for a full refund or waiting for stock to arrive.

Guarantee
We aim to satisfy our customers by providing quality products, and ensuring that they arrive with you in perfect condition. If for any reason we do not meet your expectations, please contact us with your complaint and we will endeavour to resolve it to your satisfaction. If The Stationery Box is found to be at fault we will refund or replace the item within 14 days. Any liability is limited to the value of the goods and we will not be liable for any consequentuial losses.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Personalised products: We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on personalised items where the customer has provided incorrect details, such as a spelling, grammar mistake. The ordering process allows the customer to view each design online and it is therefore the customer’s responsibility to ensure the personalisation is correct before submitting an order.

Product Specifications:

Colour:
Due to the limitations of technology the colour of products shown on the customer’s computer screen are close representations of the actual items. The Stationery Box will not enter into any discussions with regards to the accuracy of colour. If colour is critical to you then we can send samples of our products - please send a stamped addressed envelope and a request for the required samples.

Dimensions/Weights:
Paper and envelope sizes are within +/- 3mm of the stated size.
Paper and envelope weights are +/- 5gsm

Privacy The Stationery Box does not disclose customer information to third parties. Cookies are used on this website to enable your personal data to be processed for proofing and order processing.
